Welcome To Ralph's Backporch Radio
Remember the the days gone by where neighbors sat out on their porches, discussing the weather and the latest gossip? Rocking and swinging to a rythm of a slower life? Your paw or granddaddy would say something patriotic, and all the others would nod, and sit in silence as they contemplate the significance. Then Uncle Skeet from down the road would pipe up with a cowboy story, causing everyone to fall into side splitting laughter. Do you remember that? At Ralph's Backporch we do and we miss it.
Neighbor, we invite you to come sit a spell with us. Kick back in that rocker, pull up the porch swing and relax, grab a cup of joe or a glass of sweet tea and sit a spell, stare out across the pasture as we chew the fat, tell a few windies, share some laughs and solve the worlds problems.
Ralph's Backporch started as a podcast show where we played the music we love and talked to the artists who make it. We still are on air live on blogtalkradio Monday and Friday from 7-9 pm CST. You can listen live by clicking the player to the right. We soon discovered that there were limited places to hear the music that we were playing. A place that brought shows like ours together onto one STATION. Thus the backporch station was born.
